8 years ago. Mears Mac woods and Saugatuck are really not so much as one being better than the other as they are both great but both different. Check the reviews out for both on TA. In general, Saugatuck has less sand but seems a bit faster and shows an old ghost town (not much left) while Silver Dunes takes a more beach in your face approach.
