It does not mention any sensor, just that as the ECU "sees it" bank 1 is not getting enough fuel for the amount air the ECU thinks it is getting. Could be unmetered air getting in (vacuum leak), could be the A/F ratio sensor is getting lazy, or ...Each of the items below can be tested if the mechanic is knowledgeable about testing and diagnostics. P0101 means the MAF sensor is reading incorrectly. Seems like you fixed that by changing and/or cleaning the original MAF sensor.
