Personally I really liked Bottom’s Up pizzas when I first came to Richmond 20 years ago. However, the few times I’ve had their pizzas in recent years I’ve not been impressed. Not sure whether they’ve changed their chefs or ingredients in the last 20 years, probably both, but the pizzas are nowhere near as good as they used to be. More
