Yeah that is misleading, I'm pretty sure armor scraps for godbreaker aren t obtainable on siptah. Only way to craft Godbreaker on Siptah is to have a character that transferred over from Exiled Lands with the recipe. Plus you need to transfer the mats with you. Armor Scraps don’t drop on Siptah..
