Anecdotal, but I have had the XTH Pro Resort for 4 years now and used pretty heavily through that time. No rips on the skirt or walls, zippers work, and only one small melted spot from a poorly placed sunflower heater.I have the XTH Pro Lodge. Thing is awesome. Also very heavy and bulky. It is super warm and the overhead netting is really nice. Only thing that's not so great is there are only two windows that you can see out while sitting. The 949i has a lot more. If you don't tip-up fish much no big deal. Both are great hubs and you can't go wrong with either.
