You need to wipe out at least 10% of their entire army in a day to get perfect power. Units that get built count towards this total so if a map drags on and you allow them to build, your power score will go down.I personally think Dual Strike should be remade (to remain in line with Advance Wars By Web) and then a unique campaign to the creativity of Wayforward.
