2024 Taurus tx22 bad barrel serial numbers

I called Taurus CS on 4/15/2019 about the TX22 barrel issue. A rep wrote up a repair ticket and emailed me a shipping label. I checked the tracking number and they received the TX22 on 4/17/2019 As of this morning 4/18/2019 when I checked the Check Repair Status on their site it only says Firearm Received...so they haven't had a look at it yet.. Put about 500 rounds of various ammo and it cycled fine, except for Aguila subsonic ammo, which would not cycle the slide at all. I had bought two spare mags from Academy Sports, but both magazines were unreliable. .
