However you can use the repulsion cannon to move things which will move the Seamoth. So find something large and moveable nearby and use that to push it back into the water. What’s it stuck on? If it’s a wreck, use the console command “entreset”. That command makes wrecks, plants, and other things respawn, giving you enough time to get to safety.
